Hero Destini 125
Powering the Hero Destini 125 is a new 124.6cc single-cylinder engine which produces 8.8PS at 7500rpm and 10.2Nm at 5000rpm. The power plant works in conjunction with a CVT unit. Hero claims this engine makes 17 per cent higher torque and 9 per cent higher power than the existing 110cc scooter, the Duet. The frame is suspended on telescopic front forks and a rear hydraulic shock absorber. Hero has also equipped the scooter with Integrated Braking system. What’s more, it also features Hero’s i3S start-stop technology to save fuel too! The Destini 125 gets an optional front disc brake on the top-spec variant, while Hero’s Integrated Braking System – a rudimentary feature in most scooters these days – will be offered as standard. Hero Destini colours are very attractive and comes in variety of colours.
Features includes a semi-digital instrument console which houses the odometer, tripmeter, service indicator and the fuel gauge. It also gets an external fuel filler cap, USB charging socket and underseat storage light. Suspension duties are handled by telescopic forks at the front and a rear monoshock unit. Braking, meanwhile, is taken care of by drum units on both ends along with Hero’s integrated braking system.
The Hero Destini 125 gets a handlebar mounted headlamp with LED guide lamps and turn indicators positioned on its front apron. Both variants also get an external fuel filler cap and the i3S system which helps in conserving fuel. It gets an analogue speedometer with a small digital unit that displays trip meter, odometer, and fuel level as standard. Hero Destini colours are very attractive and comes in variety of colours.
